Privacy Policy
Version 2026-08-16. Written to describe what this product actually does.
The short version
- The calculators send nothing anywhere. If you are not signed in, every figure you type stays in your browser. There is no account, no logging of your numbers, and nothing to opt out of.
- We never ask for banking credentials. No passwords to financial institutions, no card numbers, no OTPs, no account numbers. The product does not need them and has no field to enter them.
- Paid data is encrypted. Intake answers and plans are encrypted before they are written to the database.
- You can take it or delete it, at any time. One click each, from your account page.
What we collect
If you never sign in: nothing personal. Your calculator inputs live in your browser and are never transmitted.
If you create an account: your name and email address, and — if you sign in with Google or Microsoft — the account identifier they give us. We do not receive your password from them.
If you subscribe and complete the intake: what you choose to enter. That can include income, expenses, investments, loans, insurance, tax details, family composition and goals. This is the most sensitive information the product holds, and it is treated accordingly: encrypted at rest, and accessible to an adviser only if you explicitly grant that.
Always: a security log of sign-ins and of any access to your financial data. It records what happened and when — never the financial values themselves.
Payment information
We never see or store card details. Payment is handled entirely by the payment provider's own hosted interface. What we keep is the fact of a payment, its amount, and the invoice — nothing that could be used to charge you again.
Who can see your data
Nobody, by default. An adviser can open your file only after you switch on adviser access from your account page, and you can withdraw it at any time. Every time your file is opened, it is recorded.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train anything.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, and for 24 months of inactivity after that. We email you before deleting anything, and signing in once is enough to keep it. Security logs are kept longer, because they exist to answer questions about the past.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you may access, correct, and erase your data, and withdraw consent. All of these are self-service from your account page — you do not need to email anyone or wait.
- Access: download everything we hold, as JSON.
- Correction: edit any answer in your intake at any time.
- Erasure: delete your account. It is immediate and permanent, not a 30-day queue.
- Withdraw consent: revoke adviser access with one switch.
